Joseph Anthony Zatika

Joseph Anthony Zatika is a CISSP-certified cybersecurity and AI architect whose work spans autonomous agents, intrusion detection, cloud-scale infrastructure, secure platform engineering, applied machine learning, and production-grade software systems. He brings the posture of a researcher, inventor, and builder: technical imagination disciplined by security, evidence, and operational consequence.

His background integrates Johns Hopkins Cybersecurity and AI graduate work, Rutgers computer science training, patent-backed invention, IEEE/ACM publication, USENIX Security research presentation, Johns Hopkins research data, and frontier AI experience from xAI Corp. During his xAI tenure, he contributed inside an elite research-and-engineering environment focused on advanced reasoning, model-training systems, large-scale data work, and the practical machinery behind frontier AI.

As Co-Founder, CTO, and Head of Research at SynchrotronAI™, Joseph defines the company's technical philosophy: AI systems must be architecturally coherent, security-native, auditable, measurable, and capable of surviving contact with real business operations. His research mandate is to convert frontier capability into durable products, reusable delivery methods, and managed systems that create material operational leverage.
